Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the mobile applications and services operated by unitedreams inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the applications.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the applications
• Use the applications for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the applications
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the applications
• Transfer the applications to another person or mirror the applications on another server

3. In-App Purchases

Some of our applications offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. In-app purchases are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), and their terms of service apply to those transactions.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and maintaining the security of your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our applications in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our applications
• Use our applications to infringe upon the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

The applications and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by unitedreams inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall unitedreams inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our applications.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless unitedreams inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
